Mr. John D. Mavronicolas, Barrister, established the firm in 1959 specializing initially in litigation, property law and motor accidents. The firm has through the years expanded its practice to cover other fields and has acquired in depth experience in Corporate Law Matters, Banking and Finance, Commercial law and International Transactions.
Christina Mavronicola earned her law degree from Leicester University in the UK and subsequently joined the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, qualifying as a Barrister-at-Law. A member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1992, she brings over 30 years of experience in advising national and international clients. Christina specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, Corporate Financing, Joint Ventures, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
